North Beach

North Beach is located approximately 16 kilometres from the Perth CBD and resides in the City of Stirling local government area. The suburb offers a mix of holiday-styled dwellings, older character homes, transformed homes and modern showstoppers. Getting to the city is an easy 20-minute drive down the Mitchell Freeway. If you need public transport, North Beach has two train stations along the Joondalup line, Stirling and Warwick, both within close proximity. Many of the local bus services within North Beach arrive and depart from Stirling Station, from there it’s a quick 10 to 15-minute train ride to the Perth Underground Station.

Or for some major retail therapy, the newly renovated Karrinyup Shopping Centre and Warwick Grove are just a 10-minute drive.

The local schools within the suburb are North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School. Outside the borders, you will find St Mary’s Anglican Girl’s School, Carine Senior High School, Karrinyup Primary School and Marmion Primary School.

The population of North Beach is 3,410 with a density of 2,010 persons per square km. The population spread is fairly even amongst elderly singles, older couples and families, and established couples and families, who in total represent 43.3% of total residents.

Annual growth of the suburb is sitting at 27.8%. Based on settled sales as of 7 March 2022, the median land price in the suburb is $480,000 (reiwa.com.au).
