Pemberton is located in the South West region of WA approximately 323 km south of Perth and 125 km east of Augusta. A drive from Perth will take approximately three hours and 45 minutes. TransWA operates daily bus services from Perth to Pemberton which take approximately 5 hours. Pemberton’s central location makes it a great base to explore the South West, with Margaret River and Busselton less than two hours away.

The town also has a post office, medical centre, hardware store and specialty shops. For larger purchases, Manjimup is only a 25-kilometre drive and offers plenty of shopping with larger department stores. If you’re looking for good dining options, Pemberton has lots of great cafes, wineries and restaurants lining the local streets.
There are two schools in Pemberton; St Joseph’s School for private primary education and Pemberton District High School. For tertiary education, the closest would be the TAFE campus in Manjimup.
